Cancellation Policy
The Real Estate Learning Group reserves the right to cancel any course or class due to low enrollment, weather conditions, public health emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances. We notify you by e-mail, text, or phone call. If the educational offering is not rescheduled, we refund your registration fee within 14 days.
At our sole discretion, we may remove any student from any course or class at any time.
Refund Policy
Refer to this table for details of our refund policy. Note the following:
- You are unable to transfer your registration to another person.
- You are ineligible for a refund once you start the online content of a course.

Please note: If a registration for the Associate Broker Course is used for obtaining an extension of your Sales Agent license from the Commission, we cannot issue any refund.
Attendance Policy
Please consult the attendance policy summary:
- Arrive on time for class to earn attendance credit; late arrivals or early departures in continuing education classes won't receive credit.
- After completing a Zoom class, confirm your attendance in your www.trelg.com Student Center. Address any attendance issues within 5 days of the class.
- Missing the first session or multiple workshops may require transferring to a later session with a $150 fee. You must complete the course within one year of your original start date.
- Completion certificates are awarded once all course requirements, including workshop attendance and, for the Maine Associate Broker Course, submission of the Documented Field Experience Form, are met.
- If you're unable to sit for the final exam at the scheduled time, you can attend the next available final exam when it is offered. If you would like to have your exam privately proctored at your local library or adult education facility, etc. please reach out and we will provide you with the required affidavit form.
Transfer Policy
(Applies to PRE-LICENSE courses only)
Students who are eligible to transfer their registration to a future course must complete the course within 9 months of the start date of the course that they first registered for.
