New Hampshire Real Estate Licensing
40 credit hours for New Hampshire Real Estate Licensees
This 40-hour course is approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for applying for a New Hampshire Salesperson License. In addition to attending this course, the applicant must pass a standardized examination with a score of 70 or above and pass a criminal background check in order to apply for the license.
This class can also be used by current Salesperson licensees to prepare for the New Hampshire Broker's test. Candidates must complete a total of 60 hours plus complete 6 transactions to qualify for the Broker test. This class ofers a special Broker test preparation class on the National Simulation portion of the exam. Ms. Aldrich passed the National Simulation portion of the Broker test in April 2008.
