Founding and managing partner Steve Hammond is a 30 year veteran of the real estate business. He has been co-owner and president of the largest real estate organization in Maine with over 50 offices. Recently he helped a company grow over 350% in 20 months to be the largest office in its state. Steve is known for his calm, thoughtful approach to problem solving and business building and is sought out as a consultant, instructor and coach by companies and agents alike. |

Founding partner Geoff MacLean brings 25 years of practical brokerage and company leadership experience to all of his teaching and consulting. He successfully mediates disputes for the REALTOR® organization, licensees and consumers. Geoff serves as a consultant for many large and small real estate companies. He is experienced as an expert witness in real estate brokerage matters. Geoff has been a chair of the Maine Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee since 1996 and he was twice named REALTOR® of the Year for his local Board of REALTORS®. Geoff is an experienced partner of a very successful “mega-agent” brokerage team in his local market. |

Founding partner Jane Greer has over 17 years of experience designing and delivering both classroom and online training in the real estate, insurance and financial services industries. She holds a Masters Degree in Education with a focus on adult education and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. Speak to any of her students and they will confirm that her classes are engaging, thought provoking and fun! Jane is active in the local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. |

Linda Gifford |
Linda Gifford has been involved in the real estate industry for almost 35 years, having been a REALTOR before going to law school and becoming a real estate attorney. Linda owns Linda Gifford Law Office and is legal counsel to the Maine Association of REALTORS, handling teaching assignments for them as well as contract and form preparation, lobbying, and answering Hotline questions from members. Linda also owns Central Maine Title Company, a full service title company that handles title work and title insurance, conveyancing documentation, and closings on a statewide basis. Her staff of attorneys, closers and real estate professionals are committed to making the closing of real estate transactions as smooth as possible. |

Bill Childs is a Certified Building Analyst Professional and founding member of MABEP (Maine Association of Building Efficiency Professionals). He is a leader in the efforts to bring energy education to all those involved in the real estate profession. As owner of Horizon Builders Inc., Bill has over 20 years of experience in construction. He serves as a consultant to home inspectors, building contractors and insurance companies. Bill has a humorous and engaging teaching style that leaves his students looking for more! |

Shannon Aldrich’s objective is to provide a safe, fun and energetic learning experience for all her adult learners. Charles “Kim” Coit |
Charles “Kim” Coit is an attorney and has three decades of experience in Maine real estate. Kim is generous with his wisdom and advice and is on most brokers’ speed dial list! Kim taught pre-license and continuing education classes at the Center for Real Estate Education at the University of Southern Maine before joining The Real Estate Learning Group. Kim is the author of many real estate textbooks widely used for real estate education in Maine and served as President of the Maine Association of REALTORS®. |

Kim Fowler is the founder and owner of MaineStay Realty. She has been a Broker in the State of Maine for 5 years, has 9 years of experience in the banking industry. Kim is an approved instructor for delivering education on short sales to Maine and New Hampshire real estate licensees as well as Maine loan officers. Kim has successfully closed dozens of short sales. She typically has over 20 short sale listings, with a dozen of those under contract. Kim continues to build her reputation as an expert in the short sale industry. |

Doug Solman is the founder and owner of MH Solutions, Inc. and is affiliated with the National Association of Foreclosure Prevention Professionals (NAFPP.org), an association dedicated to providing its clients with information and education about foreclosure and the options available to homeowners in distress. Doug is an approved instructor for delivering “The Short Sale Transaction” to Maine and New Hampshire real estate licensees as well as Maine loan officers. Doug is committed to helping people resolve their distressed property situations. Specializing in lender negotiations, he can help people preserve their credit and prevent foreclosure from ever happening. |

Jim is co-owner and manager of Coldwell Banker American Heritage Real Estate and has almost 40 years of success in the real estate business. He is a three-time past President of the Bangor Board of REALTORS® and the Bangor Multiple Listing Service. Jim holds the professional designations of GRI, CRS, CREA, and ABR. |

Eric Flynn is a Broker/Owner and founder of The Morgan Group and specializes in foreclosure properties and flips. Eric regularly consults to the top foreclosure industry publication REO Magazine. Eric has 10 years of experience teaching adults in areas including computer education in a local adult education program and real estate. As owner/broker of his own real estate companies, he develops and delivers training sessions and has acted as mentor to many licensees. |

EJ Demers is a Managing Broker for the Masiello Group and REALTOR® with numerous awards in the Southern Maine area. A significant portion of his business comes through the effective use of new technology. EJ is committed to continued growth and professional standards within the industry. He teaches the Sales Agent and Associate Broker courses along with the Accredited Buyers Representative course. EJ earned the designations ABR, CRS, and SRES. He serves on the Maine CRS Board of directors. |
