- Associate Broker - This 60-hour course is designed for those who already have a Sales Agent license - You must complete this course BEFORE your Sales Agent License expires
- Blended version with 34 hours of online self-study and 24 hours of live in-person workshops (typically this is done in four 6-hour sessions)
- Blended version with 34 hours of online self-study and 24 hours of live stream "zoom" workshops (typically this is done in eight 3-hour sessions)
- Broker/Designated Broker - This 50-hour course is designed for those who have had an active Associate Broker Course for two of the previous five years.
- Blended version with 30 hours of online self-study and 20 hours of live in-person or livestream workshops (three 7-hour sessions)
