As we travel around, we keep hearing “there must be a better way".   It’s said in such a disheartening way that we just had to offer hope and encouragement... and some time tested ways to make it better.  We will feature the proven principles that Dale Carnegie Training has been teaching millions of successful business people for years.  Not surprisingly, the class is called There Must Be A Better Way!  As a way of introducing the class, I’d like to use my partner Jane’s opening remarks:
