"When I first thought about taking an on-line class I was apprehensive.  I didn't know if I would get as much out of the course without the classroom setting.  As it turned out, I loved it.  It allowed me to schedule my study time around my busy family life. I really think that I learned as much as I would have in a live class and I had the flexibility of studying when it was right for me. The few times I had a question, there was live support readily available to help.  I really think that your new “office hours” will be great.  I might not have needed them, but it would be nice to know that they are there.  Since starting my real estate career, I have referred back to the textbook and found that I am able to easily reference the information that I need; a sign of a thorough course.   It was a great experience overall and I'd recommend the class wholeheartedly!"
