112 College Dr., Wells, ME 04090From the Maine Turnpike, North or South, take Exit 19 (formerly Exit 2) in Wells. Take a left onto Route 109. Take the first right, onto Chapel Road. The College is on College Drive, approximately a half mile on the right. Going North on Route 1, take a left on Chapel Road, (just past Mile Road), follow 3/4 mile, then take a left onto College Drive. Going South on Route 1, take a right on Chapel Road, (just past Dunkin. Donuts), follow 3/4 mile, then take a left onto College Drive.

transaction. Attendees will be able to:
• recognize the tools that a title company uses, such as
deeds and MLIPs,
• calculate tax prorations,
• recognize what circumstances can stop a closing, and
• become familiar with various title issues.
