|Description:||The Associate Broker Course! This course format is turning the concept of classroom learning on its head! You study the concepts and topics by yourself; then come together with other learners and an instructor in four 6-hour workshops to collaborate on case studies, solve problems, and discuss the real-life issues you face as a licensee.
This course is designed to help you as a licensee develop a deeper understanding of the elements of real estate brokerage topics presented in The Sales Agent Course and to apply course material to everyday real estate brokerage activities.
***Complete 40 hours of documented field experience under the guidance of your designated broker.
***Complete 34 hours of online learning at your own pace and at your own place. View videos hosted by subject matter experts in appraisal, lending, surveying, and flood zones. Explore websites that lend depth to the concepts you are learning. Assess your learning through frequent self-correcting knowledge checks. Complete three scored quizzes and receive immediate feedback.
***Attend the four 6-hour workshops (For the Zoom Livestream course there are eight 3-hour workshops) You must complete prerequisite online content in order to attend each workshop.
***Complete an 80 question final exam after completing all online content and all four workshops. You will do this at the end of a workshop day so that your instructor may proctor your exam.
