Zoom Livestream Feb 3rd 9am-12pm Welcome to the Zoom live streaming version of "Core Course for Designated Brokers 4 Communication". You will need full audio and video capabilities via a laptop, desktop or tablet (NO PHONES PLEASE). The Real Estate Brokerage License Act sets forth designated brokers' responsibility to supervise everyone affiliated with a company in order to protect and promote the interests of its clients with absolute fidelity. This includes supervising affiliated licensees, employees and employees of affiliated licensees - EVERYONE (32 MRSA 13179). A fundamental aspect of supervision is communication. This includes communication between the designated broker, affiliated licensees, employees, clients and customers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers - everyone involved in a transaction. Good communication is the path to setting clear expectations which leads to a well-run company and satisfied clients and customers. |
