Under Construction: Knowing the Rehab Loan Process
The Real Estate Learning Group, 220 Maine Mall Road, 2nd Floor, Suite 240, So. Portland

203k loans and conventional rehabilitation loans can be some of the most rewarding but hardest loans to finance. They can be as hard or as easy as everyone wants them to be. However, with the right expectations set it can be a smooth process. This course is designed to show the real estate broker how to do this.
The course will cover what a 203k can be used for. It will also cover the roles of the real estate agent, the FHA inspector, the contractor, and the lender. It will also go into some of the costs associated to the borrower that may not be apparent to a broker or borrower who has never worked with one of these before. It will also cover how the money is disbursed.
