The Sales Agent Course
Is it time for you to consider a career in Maine real estate?
We offer two versions of the Sales Agent Course to prepare you to apply for your Maine sales agent license. Select the one that best meets your needs. Both versions are approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission as meeting the requirements for pre-license education.
- Our internet format is online and entirely self-paced. You won't have to worry about your schedule, the weather, driving in the dark, missing class or paying for gas. Complete the course at a pace that fits your needs. This course costs $450 and includes all textbooks. You have up to six months to complete the course. Some students complete the course in as little as two weeks.
- Our Fast Track format combines learning in the classroom with learning online. Complete 40 hours of self-study, and spend four mornings in the classroom with your instructor and fellow students. This format keeps you accountable, and combines the best of both worlds -- self-study and group learning! This course costs $450 and includes all textbooks. There is mandatory online work that needs to be done prior to each workshop, including workshop #1. Registration for these courses will close out 1 week prior to the first workshop, or when all seats are filled.
