I have an active real estate license from a state other than New Hampshire. How do I get a reciprocal real estate license in New Hampshire?
If you hold an active real estate license in good standing and issued by examination in accordance with the laws of another jurisdiction, you may apply for an original New Hampshire license.
To apply for a reciprocal license you must:
- Pass the New Hampshire Law Exam administered by AMP with a score of 70% or above
- Submit an application to the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission
