This course is a combination of the Dearborn e-book Modern Real Estate Practice 21st edition, online self-study and workshops.
This course is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission as the qualifying course for application of a Sales Agent license.
You must complete the online material, attend all of the workshops and achieve a grade of 75% or above in order to be eligible to sit for the Pearson VUE Exam.
