This is the Broker/Designated Broker Course Professional Package.
The Broker/Designated Broker Course is a 50-hour program approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for obtaining a Broker license and for those wanting to serve as a Designated Broker. It also provides 18 hours of continuing education credit for active renewing Brokers/Designated Brokers. Delivered in TRELG’s blended format, the course combines flexible online self-study with just four three-hour live workshops via Zoom, with no textbook or state/national exam required. You’ll learn practical skills, including business planning, policy manual development, training systems, risk management, and ethics. Eligible applicants must have held an Associate Broker license for at least two of the previous five years and must earn a minimum final grade of 75%. Workshops are offered year-round so that you can start online immediately and schedule sessions when they work best for you.
You will complete this course, which consists of 38 hours of online, self-paced material and a series of 4 3-hour workshops on your schedule.
This package also includes the Reasonable Care and Diligence Core Course, and the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing and Overcoming Bias Online. All in a convenient online format.
