	Christy Arnett – Director of Operations & Finance \| Partner Christy is a Broker and REALTOR® with extensive experience in office administration and client support. She coordinates CE programs and assists students through every step of their real estate education journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
	Kelli McGlinn – Director of Education and Compliance \| Partner Kelli holds a B.A., M.S., and C.A.G.S. in Education, with over 25 years of teaching experience. A Certified Distance Education Instructor and former licensee in Maine and New Hampshire, she leads TRELG’s course development and instruction with a focus on innovation, quality, and learner success.
	Andrea McGowan – Director of Marketing & Systems \| Partner Andrea supports both operations and student services at TRELG. With a background in higher education and a passion for learning, she brings energy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to helping learners succeed—from enrollment to course completion.

	Steve Hammond – Founding Partner With 40 years in real estate, Steve is a respected industry leader and co-founder of TRELG. As former president of Maine’s largest real estate company—with over 50 offices—he led growth of 350% in just 20 months. Known for his calm, strategic mindset, Steve is a trusted consultant, coach, and instructor.
	Geoff MacLean – Founding Partner Geoff brings 40+ years of brokerage experience and leadership to his work in education and consulting. A skilled mediator and expert witness, he has chaired the Maine Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee since 1996. Twice named REALTOR® of the Year, Geoff teaches the Designated Broker course and a wide range of CE classes.
	Ed Getty – Founding Partner Ed is a dynamic instructor and consultant with 40 years in sales and management, exceeding $100 million in production. A two-time REALTOR® of the Year and past president of his state’s REALTOR® organization, Ed teaches the Associate Broker pre-license course and a variety of CE classes both in person and online.
