The Associate Broker Course is online, self-study and self-paced. It contains 60 hours of learning and is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission. You have up to six months to complete the learning activities that include videos featuring Maine real estate experts, audio snippets and case studies. Test your comprehension with Knowledge Checks and Quizzes. The final exam is proctored in-person by The Real Estate Learning Group in South Portland on multiple dates each month.
