The Associate Broker Course is online, self-study, and self-paced. It contains 60 hours of learning and is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission. You have up to 6 months to complete the learning activities, which include videos featuring Maine real estate experts, audio snippets, and case studies. Test your comprehension with Knowledge Checks and Quizzes. The Final Exam needs to be proctored in person at a location convenient to you. Please reach out to us for additional information about the educational requirements for applying for the Associate Broker license.

**Effective October 26, 2025:
All Associate Broker candidates must submit a Core Course Certificate of Completion with their license application, in addition to the Associate Broker Course Certificate.
