Real estate is evolving, and so are the risks and responsibilities Maine licensees face. This 3-hour Core Course explores significant recent changes to Maine Real Estate Commission Rules, the growing threat of seller and buyer impersonation, practical approaches to identity verification, and the use of artificial intelligence in real estate brokerage. Licensees will examine real-world scenarios and learn how to recognize risk, protect consumers, and use emerging technology responsibly while meeting their professional obligations.
