| Final Exam Proctor Instructions Associate Broker and Broker/Designated Broker final exams must be taken with a proctor. A proctor is a third-party, disinterested individual at a neutral location who can verify that the exam was completed without assistance or cheating. You may arrange a proctor at any convenient site, and we recommend checking with your local library, adult education center, or community college testing center, as these locations often provide proctoring services. If you are unable to secure a suitable proctor, please contact us for assistance.
We will need the following:
On the day of your exam, you will need to complete the Proctor Affidavit and return to The Real Estate Learning Group® within 24 hours. You will receive your Certificate of Completion within 24 hours of a successful passing grade and the receipt of the Proctor Affidavit.

Exam Integrity Statement
To maintain the highest standards of professionalism and fairness, all exams must be completed with absolute integrity. Cheating, unauthorized assistance, use of prohibited materials, or any attempt to compromise the security of the exam is strictly prohibited. Students must complete their work independently and follow all proctoring instructions without exception. Any violation of these expectations may result in immediate dismissal from the exam, invalidation of the exam results, and potential disciplinary action in accordance with school and licensing regulations. Your honesty protects the value of your education, your future license, and the integrity of the real estate profession.
