The Associate Broker Course Professional Package

The Associate Broker Course is online, self-study, and self-paced. It contains 60 hours of learning and is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission. You have up to 6 months to complete the learning activities, which include videos featuring Maine real estate experts, audio snippets, and case studies. Test your comprehension with Knowledge Checks and Quizzes. The Final Exam needs to be proctored in person at a location convenient to you. Please reach out to us for additional information about the educational requirements for applying for the Associate Broker license.
This package also includes the Reasonable Care and Diligence Core Course - online (this is now required for all new Associate Broker applications, as of 10/26/2025), and the Associate Broker Course Mastery Workshop - you choose the date that works for you! Delivered by Zoom Livestream - available dates listed below.
This package also includes Code of Ethics (online) and Fair Housing and Overcoming Bias (online). These two classes will fulfill your requirement for your REALTOR membership for the current tri-annual period ending Dec 31, 2027.
