Applying for your Associate Broker License

Once you have your Certificate of Completion, please visit the Maine Real Estate Commission.

There are two ways to access this licensing page. Click either link to enter the licensing page.

Go to “Associate Broker: Description and How to Apply”

Click the “Description and how to apply” link and follow the directions. All questions should be directed to MREC. You may only apply within 30 days prior to your Sales Agent license expiration.
