This course is up-to-date with all the requirements of the Maine Real Estate Commission. With the exception of your textbook, this course is 100% online. You can take up to six months to self-study and complete all the material. In addition to learning activities and case studies, we include over 500 questions of the same type that you will encounter on your Pearson VUE qualifying exam. This course is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission as the qualifying course for application for the Sales Agent license. You must achieve a grade of 75% or above to apply for the license. |
