This class is part of our 20th Anniversary Celebration Week!
This class will focus on communicating practice changes with buyer and seller customers and clients. It emphasizes the importance of understanding, explaining, and discussing real estate contracts, such as Buyer Representation Agreements, Listing Agreements, and Purchase and Sale Agreements, as well as the various addenda to affect compensation. The course also highlights the agent's value proposition, covering essential skills like negotiation, legal responsibilities, and client communication. We will also review the updated shoreland zoning clause, flood disclosure form, and the FAQ's issued by MAR relating to Compensation and Buyer Agreements issued following the practice changes in effect as of August 17, 2024.
